Air quality online monitoring station is also called air station. In order to monitor the air, several air stations are generally set up in a key environmental protection city, and multi-parameter automatic monitoring instruments are installed in the stations for continuous automatic monitoring, and the monitoring results are stored in real time and analyzed to obtain relevant data.

The air quality monitoring station is the basic platform for air quality control and reasonable assessment of air quality, and is an infrastructure for urban air environmental protection. Conventional atmospheric parameters (PM2.5, PM10, O3, SO2, NO2, CO) and meteorological parameters (temperature, air pressure, humidity, wind direction, wind speed).

Air quality monitoring stations are divided into standard stations, small stations and micro stations.

01 standard station

A standard station can be said to be a basic monitoring facility for ambient air protection in a city or region, referred to as an atmospheric station. It usually means that the country spends a lot of money to concentrate a variety of monitoring instruments that meet the national standard in a small building according to the principle of standard site selection. The monitoring method is based on the national standard, and according to the regulations, professional staff are required to operate and maintain the equipment every week, so the cost of building a station and operation and maintenance is quite expensive, which is what we usually call a national control point, a provincial control point or a city control point.

02 small station

Small stations and micro stations can be said to be a supplement to standard stations. From the perspective of cost, the price of small stations or micro stations is far lower than the construction cost of standard stations, so it is more practical for large-area layout refinement or grid monitoring.

The atmospheric ambient air quality monitoring station of the small station has two principles: one is the photochemical method, and the other is the sensor method. The small stations of these two types of monitoring principles include active sampling system, quality control system, flow control system, front-end dehumidification, temperature control and other functions, and the accuracy of the overall hardware is relatively close to that of atmospheric stations. Because the accuracy is relatively high, it is more suitable as a tool for local management and environmental internal assessment. The data of small monitoring stations can be calibrated and traced, and the data quality is more reliable than that of micro stations.

03 micro station

Due to the vast geographical distribution and fixed monitoring, standard stations and small stations cannot conduct comprehensive supervision of air quality in small areas. Due to the high price of air standard stations and small stations, grid supervision is very difficult to implement, so grid micro air monitoring stations have emerged. Most of them are sampled through diffusion or pump suction, using multi-sensor information fusion technology, and the system can be equipped with a calibration system. The micro-station emphasizes the trend and early warning.
