









Flat Semiconductor Combustible Gas Sensor MP-9
Summary:
MP-9 model with advanced planar construction is comprised of heater and metal oxide semiconductor material of subminiature Al2O3 ceramic plate, fetch out electrode down-lead, encapsulation in metal base and cap. It detects carbon monoxide (1.5V) by method of cycle high and low temperature. At high temperature (5.0V), it can detect CO as well as clean the other gases adsorbed at low temperature. The sensor’s conductivity gets higher along with the CO and CH4 gas concentration rising. Users can convert the change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration through a simple circuit.

APPLICATION
The combustible gas alarm is an alarm device for detecting gas leakage. The component that reacts to the combustible gas is a gas sensor, and the response signal is converted into an electrical signal through the circuit board. When the combustible gas in the air reaches a certain concentration value, the alarm will alarm. The high-end household combustible gas alarm can automatically start the exhaust equipment and close the gas pipeline valve at the same time. A wireless transmission device can be installed inside the gas alarm to realize overall monitoring and network alarm to ensure the safety of everyone's life and property.
Industrial Combustible Gas Alarm
In the process of industrial use of combustible gas, if the combustible gas is in an incomplete combustion state or has gas leakage, etc., the combustible gas will cause personnel poisoning or fire accidents, directly threatening the life safety of personnel. As we all know, poor ventilation during combustion can lead to a decrease in oxygen content, resulting in incomplete combustion and increased CO production. When the concentration of CO in the room continues to increase, people will gradually feel headache, nausea, difficulty breathing, collapse, dizziness.
