Winsen established a special R&D team to develop a high-end module designed for air quality detection and very suitable for ventilation systems: ZEHS01. It is a integrated sensor module of the electrocochemical formaldehyde sensor (or VOC sensor), PM2.5 dust sensor, infrared CO2 sensor and temperature and humidity sensor. This product is small in shape and has the characteristics of good consistency, stability, accuracy, multi-detection intelligence. It is very convenient to integrate into the purifier and fresh fan, which can intelligently sense the change of air quality. In real time, PM2.5, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde (or VOC), temperature and humidity are displayed in real time.(Formaldehyde sensors can be replaced with VOC sensors based on customer needs)

ZEHS01 all-in-one sensor module has developed a variety of external communication interface methods such as RS485, serial TTL, IIC, etc., and adopts isolated power supply and isolated 485 module to ensure stable operation of the module in complex scenes; The built-in standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol realizes the master-slave control mode of bus communication,and the customer's host device can connect up to 256 modules as slave devices to realize distributed air quality detection and flexible sensor layout. Pressure sensor—maintaining the detection area, improving the efficiency of the air-conditioning system

In the central air conditioner, the controller and end sensor are key components that ensure the smooth operation and keep the system be energy-saving. The filter is used to filter the dust impurities in the ventilation pipeline. The pressure sensor at the indoor ventilation port is used to monitor the pressure difference at both ends of the filter at the outlet. More dust on the filter is accumulated over time, which gradually affect the air circulation. When the air circulation is not smooth, the air pressure difference at both ends of the filter is increasing. When the pressure sensor feels changes in pressure, the upper machine receives a signal from the pressure sensor. When the signal value reaches the alarm point, the alarm will start to remind the cleaning staff to clean or replace the filter. In addition, the pressure sensor also participates in the controlling of the air supply offer.

Fresh air is needed to be flowing to ensure the comfort and health of indoor personnel, the air flow changes according to the function of the building and the number of residents. Sensors are often used to measure air flow and pressure to improve the efficiency of the air conditioning system.
