Winsen established a special R&D team to develop a high-end module designed for air quality detection and very suitable for ventilation systems: ZEHS01. It is a integrated sensor module of the electrocochemical formaldehyde sensor (or VOC sensor), PM2.5 dust sensor, infrared CO2 sensor and temperature and humidity sensor. This product is small in shape and has the characteristics of good consistency, stability, accuracy, multi-detection intelligence. It is very convenient to integrate into the purifier and fresh fan, which can intelligently sense the change of air quality. In real time, PM2.5, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde (or VOC), temperature and humidity are displayed in real time.(Formaldehyde sensors can be replaced with VOC sensors based on customer needs)

Pressure sensor—maintaining the detection area, improving the efficiency of the air-conditioning system
In the central air conditioner, the controller and end sensor are key components that ensure the smooth operation and keep the system be energy-saving. The pressure sensor at the indoor ventilation port is used to monitor the pressure difference at both ends of the filter at the outlet. When the signal value reaches the alarm point, the alarm will start to remind the cleaning staff to clean or replace the filter. In addition, the pressure sensor also participates in the controlling of the air supply offer.

MEMS combustible gas sensor is using MEMS micro-fabrication hot plate on a Si substrate base, gas-sensitive materials used in the clean air with low conductivity metal oxide semiconductor material. When the sensor exposed to gas atmosphere, the conductivity is changing as the detected gas concentration in the air. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity. Use simple circuit can convert the change of conductivity of the gas concentration corresponding to the output signal.
