②SLM: Standard litre per minute, meaning that the standard situation rises per minute. The standard condition is as follows: gas temperature 20℃; Pressure 101.325 kPa;
③Response time customization can be provided between 10ms and 1000ms. This time refers to the electronic response time required by the flow sensor to any mass flow change from 10% to 90%, which may be affected by the aerodynamic interface.
④The real correction range of temperature compensation is 0-50℃, beyond which the effect of temperature compensation can not be guaranteed.
