Ultrasonic oxygen sensor US1000

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The propagation time of ultrasonic waves in a binary gas mixture varies with the concentration and flow of the two gases. According to this characteristic, the gas concentration and flow rate without affecting the normal flow of gas.

The US1000 ultrasonic oxygen sensor is based on this principle and uses temperature compensation to accurately calculate the oxygen concentration and flow. It is mainly used in the detection of oxygen concentration and flow in oxygen concentrators and related products.

APPLICATIONS

With the changes in the epidemic prevention and control policy, families with elderly patients and basic lung diseases need an oxygen concentrator as a backup.

The core parameter of the oxygen generator is the oxygen production capacity, and the common ones are 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 8L, 10L and above.

An oxygen generator with an oxygen production capacity of 3L, when using the oxygen flow rate of 1-3L/min, the oxygen concentration can maintain 90%-96% for a long time. If you continue to increase the flow rate, the oxygen concentration will decrease as the oxygen flow rate increases.

In terms of classification, 1L and 2L oxygen generators are divided into household health-care types, which are produced according to a class of medical equipment, and are used for health-care oxygen inhalation for people with mild hypoxia. Oxygen concentrators of 3L and above are of medical grade and belong to Class II medical devices. They are used for people with respiratory diseases and must have a medical device registration certificate, which has higher requirements for product performance. Household backup generally chooses a machine with an oxygen production capacity of 3L~5L.

Different from household oxygen concentrators, the oxygen concentration of medical grade oxygen concentrators must reach 93%±3% to be considered qualified. This is because when using an oxygen concentrator to inhale oxygen, some air will be inhaled at the same time. The oxygen concentration in the air is about 21% lower, and the actual inhaled oxygen concentration is diluted to about 45%. The final inhaled oxygen concentration FiO2 that participates in the blood sample circulation is estimated to be only about 30%. In order to ensure that patients can successfully receive full-effect oxygen assisted treatment, the output oxygen concentration must reach about 93%.

For an oxygen concentrator, the oxygen concentration must be precisely controlled to meet the therapeutic effect. US1000 Ultrasonic Oxygen Sensor is a cost-effective ultrasonic oxygen concentration detection module. The measurement range used in oxygen generators is 21%~95.6%, and the accuracy is ±1.5%FS@(5~45)℃. It can still work normally at low temperature, and it is automatically calibrated and maintenance-free within the life cycle. It is an ideal choice for oxygen generator manufacturers.
