Electrochemical AsH3 Sensor ME3-AsH3
Summary:
The ME3-AsH3 electrochemical element works according to the principle of electrochemistry, using the electrochemical oxidation process of the gas to be tested on the working electrode in the electrolysis cell, and the working electrode and the reference electrode of the electrolysis cell are kept at an appropriate potential through electronic circuits. , the electrochemical oxidation of the gas to be tested can occur at this potential. Since the Faradaic current generated by the oxidation and reduction reactions of oxygen is very small and can be ignored, the current generated by the electrochemical reaction of the gas to be tested is proportional to its concentration. And follow Faraday's law. In this way, the concentration of the gas to be measured can be determined by measuring the magnitude of the current.
Feature:
* Low power consumption
* High precision
* High sensitivity
* Wide linear range
* Strong anti-interference ability
* Excellent repeatability and stability
APPLICATION
Industrial waste gas refers to the general term for various pollutant-containing gases discharged into the air generated during the fuel combustion and production process in the factory area of the enterprise. These gases enter the human body through the respiratory tract through different routes, some directly cause harm, and some have an accumulation effect, which will seriously endanger human health.
Coal Mining Industry Poison Gas Monitoring
Flammable gas is mainly detected by catalytic sensor, mainly measuring 100% LEL, and also using thermal conductivity components to measure 100% VOL. High-end gas detection products in the petrochemical industry are gradually using infrared gas sensors, which can measure 100% LEL and 100% VOL. At the same time, laser beam technology is also gradually being used in the petrochemical industry.
