Summary:

MEMS breath smell gas sensor is using MEMS micro-fabrication hot plate on a Si substrate base, gas-sensitive materials used in the clean air with low conductivity metal oxide semiconductor material. When the sensor exposed to gas atmosphere, the conductivity is changing as the detected gas concentration in the air. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity. Using simple circuit can convert the change of conductivity of the gas concentration corresponding to the output signal.

Feature:

* MEMS technology, strong structure
* High sensitivity to H2S, Alcohol, and acetone gas
* Small size, High sensitivity, Low power consumption
* Fast response and resume, Simple drive circuit, Long lifespan

APPLICATION

Vehicle Alcohol Test

The picture shows a common "ignition interlock system" with an alcohol detection function in the United States. This lock is connected to the ignition system of the car. Before ignition, the driver must blow air to ensure that the alcohol concentration in the body does not exceed the standard. and the car can start.

Alcohol Detector

Strengthen the punishment of drinking and driving in all the country to reduce the vicious traffic accidents caused by drunk driving. This involves testing a person's alcohol level and using equipment to do the testing. An alcohol detector is an effective tool for measuring the alcohol content in the human body.
