Summary:
WHT20 series temperature and humidity sensor, using transistor Vbe temperature characteristic high-precision temperature detection and dielectric constant change after the medium absorbs moisture. Realize environmental humidity detection, combined with the latest integrated circuit signal processing technology-based single-chip solutions.

* Wide supply voltage range from 2.0 V to 5.5 V
